Santa Claus is visiting Valley West Shopping Center in Bloomington to celebrate the holidays! Families will enjoy free horse-drawn trolley rides, face painting, balloon animals, treats, and music and dancing with Kidsdance. Kids can also create their own homemade holiday decorations with Artistry, and decorate cookies, sponsored by Cub Foods.
