Phantom’s Feast is a dinner and ghost stories experience held on the grounds of the Minnesota Renaissance Festival in Shakopee. The event runs select evenings in October and November: October 16–18, 22–25, 28–31, and November 1. Hosted by Jim Cunningham, it is one of the most distinctive Halloween-season events in the Twin Cities area. Tickets cover the full evening — entertainment, a full meal, beverages during dinner, and your own Phantom’s Mug to take home.

Autumn Harvest Chop Salad
Harvest greens with dried tart cherries, smoked Gouda, fresh orchard apples, roasted walnuts, and crispy shallots, finished with a salted maple vinaigrette.
Soup
Cream of Mushroom
A rich mushroom cream soup with black garlic, aged imported Parmesan, and fresh thyme.

Seared Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Served with leek strata, sweet potato purée, bourbon peach reduction, and hot honey-glazed baby carrots topped with crushed pistachios and micro arugula.
