Experience the excitement of the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. The 10-nation tournament features the best men’s players in the world under 20 years of age and the 29 games of the championship take place over 11 days.
The 2026 event marks the 50th anniversary of the IIHF World Junior Championship. Grand Casino Arena in Saint Paul, home of the NHL’s Minnesota Wild, and 3M Arena at Mariucci on the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis will serve as the competition venues.
This is the first time since 1982 the State of Hockey will host the IIHF World Junior Championship!
The groups have been established for the games and fans can purchase Group A and Group B ticket packages, both of which include medal-round tickets at 2026.worldjunior.hockey.
Group A will include the United States, which enters the tournament as two-time defending gold medalist, along with Germany, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.
Group B will feature Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland and Latvia.
