Ordered the half rack, big ribs with steamed rice and broccoli. A steak with side salad, and a big queso energy burger with a side salad. Also, the spinach artichoke dip is always a favorite. Located across from Radisson Blu and a super easy walk on the sky bridge to access the restaurant.
Server was very nice but perhaps understaffed. I had to go get my own drink that was made and sat at the bar for 10 minutes. The manager did come and give us a free dessert and made it right. But it didn’t make for the best experience still. Not a big deal. Wings were very big and juicy. Very good wings. Fettuccine Alfredo the kids had neither took more than a bite. Dessert was good and overall just not the best experience.
TGI is home to me and my friends. We always find ourselves coming back here lol. I know it doesn’t look like anything special but the food was really good and hit all of our American food cravings.
Pros:
– free chips & salsa w/ the app
– a breadstick in my side salad!!
– luv the strawberry lemonade
– mac + cheese was super cheesy, super good 😋
I will say the prices are quite a bit higher than what we remember but that’s like any place nowadays.
Stopped in while staying at Great Wolf for a late dinner. Justin (Dustin) was our server and was great. We ordered the cheese steak and was extremely disappointed there was barely any meat on it. It had a lot of onions and peppers. The other food was great.
Food is pretty good. A lot of hidden charges which need to be explained upon ordering. We were told we could have any of the meats but there was a hidden charge. We were also told we could sub an item for the Cole Slaw and ends up an extra charge if you order the Onion Rings. Service was extremely slow. We were wondering if we would even eat. Meanwhile J brought out the dessert Ice Cream for birthdays and we ate that while waiting. Yes we were celebrating! Our waiter named K was a nice fellow but very slow. In fact. we asked another wait person to bring our lemons for our water and the straws. K was waiting on a lot of tables and seemingly forgot us. He was a nice guy but needs to do much better as a waiter. The cook staff neglected to give me exactly what I ordered…forgot my third meat item. This was our first time at this location. We hope the next time around if we do return is better.
Note:.I used initial only of wait staff though i do know their names.

Ten of our friends got together to celebrate two birthdays and two couples leaving on a cruise. We are all winter Texans that return north so it was so fun getting together. We were fortunate to get Mr White as our server! He was fun, patient, got our orders right and really made our birthday/cruise celebration so relaxing and memorable! Give this young man a raise! P.S. The food and atmosphere was great too.
Even though this was a new location for us I believed this location service is way better then the one we usually go to. The food seems so much fresher and waitress seems much nicer than the other location. Thank you for your help us out here.
