I have not been to a Rainforest Cafe since I was a kid! They all closed down in our area. So getting the chance to come back and now also show my children, was so so fulfilling and nostalgic. The staff was so kind. The atmosphere is just as amazing as I remember it! The food is exactly what was expected. You are paying for the experience and to me, the food is just a nice touch.
My kids adored it and loved it just as much as I did as a kid and now do as an adult.
We absolutely will be back
This place is decked out in theme. My kids loved it, the food was great, the bourbon BBQ salmon was probably some of the best salmon just have ever had. The kids loved all the “live” animals thruout the jungle and enjoyed the “storms”. Would have given 5 stars but our server was not the best and made our visit just a bit awkward.
Lucas our waiter was outstanding. He gave the impression he actually wanted to be there and be our waiter. He made it a very enjoyable time, he even sang loudly as he brought out the volcano cake for our daughter’s birthday celebration. I am glad we made reservations and was happy to be able to be seated in the elephant room.
All 5’s all around. Couldn’t have had a better time.

Damn the man, save the Rainforest Cafe!
It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for. The food was delicious and attractive. The service was great. The atmosphere was, of course, one of a kind! We had left and forgot our souvenir cups, when we went back a few minutes later, our tables were already cleaned off, which is good they’re on the ball lol, fortunately for us, a nice staff member was able to retrieve our cup (those were $14 with the drink). We had a good memorable experience, thank you everyone!
The thunderstorms roll through about every 20 minutes, so you can tell how long you have been there. We had an appetizer sampler platter & added the spare ribs. The platter without the spare ribs would have been more than enough for the two of us. The staff was friendly & attentive. It was very busy when we were there but I never felt ignored.
The food was trash. Tastes like microwaved meals.
The atmosphere was great though — the kids absolutely loved it. The service was very good as well!
As for the food, everything was pretty standard. Nothing really stood out, but it was adequate for what it was. The nacho cheese and chips were just okay, and most of the meals felt pretty average. The standout was definitely the cheesecake—super tasty! The Key Lime pie, on the other hand, was just alright.
Service was fine—nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. Orders came out fairly quickly, and the staff was polite.
Overall, it’s a fun place to say you’ve been to, especially for the atmosphere, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return.
