From friendly staff to fresh hot dishes, we enjoyed our visit.
This place is okay. I have definitely been to a better Leeann Chin. The food was good but cold, we came at opening time so it doesn’t make sense why the food is already cold.
We got our food really fast and got to eat in the clean restaurant. Tables are nice and clean, but that might be because it just opened. One other thing was that the drink fountain option all tasted like water. I would come back if I was near, but wouldn’t go out of my way.

Jermain and the other person working were very helpful and kind! We love coming to Leeann Chins when we are back in Bloomington. The food is fresh and the restaurant is always clean. I am a vegetarian and absolutely love the firecracker tofu. Thank you!
This place has good food overall but they are clearly understaffed during lunch where you might wait 15-20 minutes to get your full meal. It’s disappointing given they raised prices almost 10% but havent used that to get more employees in
Everything from the food counter to checkout was a great experience. I dined here multiple times with family and the closing shift team brings a great atmosphere to the restaurant.
My only complaint is the portion sizes vary on the person working.sometimes it’s fair for the price and other times it’s much less.but that is a individual employee issue hard to do anything about that just have to avoid certain employees I guess.but other than that I think the place is great across the board
Wife & I went to Leann Chin’s for both our first & last time last night (4/22/25). All the food we ordered was cold and had obviously been under the heating lamp for much longer than safe or practical for good tasting food. we ordered a quart of peking chicken and the pan under the heating lamp didn’t have enough left to fill the quart sized container. so the teenager working there just closed the lid and sold to us instead of offering to make a fresh batch of that chicken, or asking if we wanted him to top off the container with another entree. egg rolls were also cold and mushy. well, we gave leann a try but won’t ever be back. will go to panda express for future chinese greasy food
