I wanted to like this place, but the service was incredibly slow. We had sat and ate here for over an hour and thirty minutes. It took maybe 12-18 minutes for our food to arrive.

Some positives: friendly server, fast water refills, the sushi was pretty good!

Some negatives: this place lacks of sauces, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese. The pasta lacks flavour, and the service time was brutally slow. My girlfriend’s dad had the 12oz steak and the asparagus it came with was undercooked and TOUGH. Quality/flavour of the food did not match the price.

Overall, this place has potential if it had better service time and flavour but for what it’s worth ($), I wouldn’t come back.

Went to Crave MOA for a very special birthday with my daughters. Arrived around 5pm and there was no wait even though they were fairly busy. From the greeter, server, bartenders and chefs I can definitely say that it was the best experience that I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. We had drinks and appetizers before dinner with a smile on our faces the whole time! The volcano sushi roll was delicious and the old fashioned honey drink I personally had was amazing. The entree’s were spot on. I will definitely be coming back. We were all super happy with the whole experience.

The angry dragon martini was delicious, loved the orange zest shaving.

The Firecracker shrimp was spicy and hit the spot! Commonly repeated order by me.

Lettuce Wraps were light and flavorful with the crispy’s and hoisin sauce.

Bamboo Bit roll was also a tasty treat! Made with love is an understatement.

A little on the pricey side, but that’s the mall of America experience honestly.
Our server, Alex, was fabulous, and our food was amazing. All of us had leftovers that we took home because of the portion sizes.
I love that they have a kids sushi meal!

The best part of our night when we had dinner here was our server Tanner. We came in on a super hot day, after we had done other activities at the mall. Tanner was quick to bring us extra water / ice to help us cool down. He was helpful and informative when making menu selections and drink selections, and quick to get us refills or anything else. The food was wonderful and I would come back again. Overall a great experience!

Hannah, our waitress was awesome. She helped us decide on the vast menu. This is a place you can go and get a hamburger side salad with sushi also. Great spot if you’re staying around Mall of America’s or spending the day with your family.

We had dinner at CRAVE tonight after a long day at the Mall of America. Even without a reservation, the wait was only about 15 minutes — not bad during dinner rush.

Here’s what we ordered:

Crunchy Roll – The shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy and fresh. A solid choice if you like texture in your sushi.

Volcano Roll – A tasty roll with bits of scallops sprinkled on top of a snow crab base. Flavor-packed and satisfying.

Artichoke Dip – Really enjoyed this! Creamy with generous chunks of artichoke hearts throughout.

Rigatoni Vodka – This one was just okay. The flavor was there, but it felt a bit dry and could have used more sauce.

Mediterranean Chicken – Two large, well-seasoned chicken breasts over rice with a creamy sauce. Very flavorful and filling.

Traditional Poke – A nice, fresh scoop of tuna on top of greens, rice, and the usual poke toppings. Light and refreshing.

Mexican Poke – Loved the slight kick from the jalapeño. The diced avocado mixed with the tuna gave it a smooth, creamy texture.

Overall, a great meal with a wide variety of options to please everyone in our group. We’d definitely go back!

We had a great experience, the sushi was very good especially the Lobster roll (forgot its actual name but it’s worth it!).
Went on a Saturday at 5, was very busy but still got a table for 2 w/o a wait. Sarah was our server and she did an excellent job and was really friendly and helpful. Kudos to her
