Nachos are something I always look forward to. The ones here were pretty good. The one thing I will say is that I did not like was that they charge extra for salsa refills. Thatโs a first. Service was smooth and interior looked very clean.
First time coming to Chevys was greeted right away with warm smiles. My friend and I came for a relaxing evening. Our server Kaitlyn was extremely friendly and attentive. This place is great for margaritas pitchers to split with a friend. We also ordered a bunch of small sides for the chips. Itโs was perfect! Couldnโt ask for better quality and prices. I will be back for more!! I love the small guac seasoned just right.
Chevy’s is the place to be for fresh mex food. The table side Guacamole was perfection. Argelia answered all our questions with a friendly smile and professionalism. Our server Elda was one of the best servers I have ever had. We will definitely be back.
Chevys is located across the mall of America and close to hotels in the area. They happened to be one of the only places opened around the mall on New Years Eve evening. We were in a time crunch to eat before an escape room scheduled at 10:00pm back in the mall. Mexican food, love their chips and salsa, it was happy hour so half off on appetizers and I love their flautas and their sweet sauce. Our server was super friendly and nice and got us in and out in our time frame. They had TVs by the bar and they were showing football instead of basketball. But easy parking and very family friendly.
Always delicious! I’ve been eating at Chevy’s for over a decade. No where else in Minnesota compares. Delicious, fresh, perfect temperature, and unsurpassed flavor. I now live out of state but a dash to Chevy’s is always on the priority list when visiting MN. The chicken chimichanga is a family favorite, along with the steak fajitas.
Iโve had several acquaintances mention that I needed to try this place out. And I was not disappointed. Some of the best fajitas Iโve ever had.
In from out of town with the fam (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler). Our waiter (Fernando) was the most attentive waiter Iโve had ANYWHERE in a very long time. My husband loved his food but he loves everything so we arenโt focusing on his thoughts. We got queso, it was so creamy and not heavy like most places. I love that they gave side plates with it so not everyone was reaching in and over. I had the crispy chicken flauta (I probably spelled that wrong), they were perfectly crispy on the outside & didnโt fall to pieces even though the inside was the absolute opposite texture. The jalapeno (jam? Jelly?) was the perfect sweet sauce to add that still had a light kick. My kids (who eat literally nothing) cleared their plats (they both got burritos). My toddler just got rice & fruit: but more of the rice made it into her mouth than on the floor (if you have or had toddlers you get it). If I come back to the area I will 100% be stopping again. Tara was our Bartender/ waitress. She made the whole experience wonderful! Donโt get me wrong the food is always amazing but having her as our server just made it 10x better! She has amazing customer service skills and an all around amazing personality! Thank you so much Tara for making me and my husband laugh and have a great time!!!
