Cadillac Ranch

We were staying at one of the hotels attached to the Mall of America and went to an evening concert. When we got back at around 10:30 pm, we knew the mall was closed, but Cadillac Ranch stays open until Midnight. We were starving and even though Cadillac Ranch switches to a smaller after-hours menu once the mall closes, we decided to give it a try.

We were surprised at how good the limited menu selection was, and at how good all of the items we ordered tasted. We’ve eaten here many times and it’s always been great. And that night was no different. The food was amazing as usual despite the smaller menu, and there were even some tasty vegetarian options. The service was great too, and we love the vibe of this restaurant. When our kids were little they even got to go on the mechanical bull which they loved. So if you find yourself hungry after the mall closes, Cadillac Ranch has got you covered. Their full menu during normal hours is even better, but the pictures in this review are for food from the after-hours menu. This is a great restaurant!

We had the best experience at Cadillac Ranch in the Mall of America. Our server was Johnathan, phenomenal service, not only did he recommend great drinks but he made us feel welcome and right at home. We had the fish tacos, chicken tinga tacos, and Rocky Mountain oysters 🐂🪺. Delicious! I highly recommend this place you will NOT be disappointed.

HOLY!! This place is my go to for a great meal, appetizer and fun at a good price.
We got a pretzel appetizer. It came with spicy garlic mustard, ranch & nachos cheese to dip. It was soft and warm and HUGE!
Salads were steak & blue cheese crumble & chicken Cesar. Everything was amazing as consistently expected.
The only reason I give atmosphere less stars is because the music and such is a bit loud.

Located Inside Mall of America! Wow! We decided to swing in for Lunch and I’m sure glad we did! Our visit was around noon and there were plenty of tables, booths and several sections available. No waiting in lines. The food was absolutely amazing! We ordered Mac & Cheese Bites and a Meatball Sampler for appetizers! Both were delicious. My husband ordered the All the way burger and fries and I ordered the Juicy Lucy and tots! Again, both were delicious! The Modelo on tap was not skunky or water downed, it was fresh and tasted amazing as well. The ice water was good. Our waitress was on point! Customer Service Skills a 10 out of 10. Friendly, Happy, Energetic and above all very professional and Awesome at her job! She should train all the other waiters & waitresses in the United States because she did her job well and was top notch! Our drinks never went dry. Both our appetizers and entrees came out in a timely manner. Everyone needs to swing in here while they are visiting the mall. Well done guys! 🎉

My brother and I stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Anna was our server and she was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had the cheese curd appetizer, the pork chop entree and the fried chicken cobb salad. Everything was delicious.

We’ve had steaks from all over and let me tell you. The ribeye steak was out of this world. Has to be the best I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. Must have and well definitely come back for more.

I wanted to love this restaurant, but I just couldn’t. The Cadillac in the front is what drew us in. The environment was welcoming. The decorations were good and it was fun watching people ride the bull. We felt like it was too expensive for the food that was offered. The cheese inside my burger was cold, the pizza was just eh and my kids wouldn’t even touch the mac n cheese. There’s too many choices in the mall to just settle with this one.

We had burgers. My son had the juicy Lucy which he said was one of the best burgers he has ever had. I had the Cadillac burger. The patties were huge. My only complaint was my burger came with shredded lettuce, which i don’t like, it just ruins the lettuce texture, and the BBQ sauce sopped up the pile of lettuce. Next time I’d just opt for no lettuce and I think I would have preferred that. We waited about 15 minutes for a table of two which wasnt too bad. Service was good. They had a really delicious flavored lemonade.
