Then enjoy carnivals, music, food, parades, entertainment, and games from Shakopee to Stillwater and every city in between. If you’re feeling extra patriotic, celebrate at Historic Fort Snelling and witness a mock battle, fife & drum music, and cannons galore.

Sports fanatics have the opportunity to support some of their favorite Minnesota teams throughout the whole week of 4th of July: Minnesota United F.C., the Saint Paul Saints, the Minnesota Lynx, and the Minnesota Twins are all in town, with the Saint Paul Saints planning a special fireworks show.
If arts and culture is more your style, catch the last weekend of Come As You Are!, a Pride-themed art exhibit, at Bloomington Center for the Arts. Illusional State of Mind will also be open for guests at Bloomington Center for the Arts' Atrium Gallery. Ain’t Too Proud — The Life and Times of The Temptations is visiting the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Minneapolis over 4th of July weekend, and local performers The Spazmatics and DJ Diesel are featured at Mystic Lake Casino’s Rock and Rockets on the 4th of July, which also includes food trucks and fireworks.
