I came here with 5 other friends and played Cosmic Crisis! I have never done an escape game before so I was underwhelmed before coming in. It ended up being easier than I expected (besides the fact we had to ask for hints several times haha) and we had a lot of fun! I would definitely look forward to trying out another room again because this was a fun experience 🙂 Also while ordering the tickets, I had some troubles and decided to call in instead, and I’m glad I did. The guy over the phone helped the book a room a month in advance and was able to help price match from ‘Groupon’. I called in again a few other times (sorry for a being a hassle) and wanted to move the times and a few other questions and they were very helpful. This place has great service and the employees here are very friendly. Would recommend to come here for some brain tackling mini games with a group of family and friends! Thanks so much once again for great and wonderful experience, we had a lot of fun.
We had so much fun! It was great for all ages. My daughters (7 and 10) loved it as did my husband and I! Our guide Nora was friendly and super helpful when we needed a clue. We hope to try another room soon!
I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the staff at this location is.
I called to book a room and asked for help planning a reverse proposal for my fiance so he had the chance to be proposed to too and they were so phenomenal the entire time. I dropped off miniature picture frames that each had the word “will” “you” and “me” in them and they hid them all throughout the room so we uncovered them while uncovering the other clues. I also dropped off a shadow box with the word “marry” inside with a ring. They held onto that and snuck it into the room at the very end, along with the sweetest and most amazing gift basket that the staff had put together on their own.
As we were leaving the staff spread out so at every corner, a different person was congratulating us. The staff was so amazing and clearly cared so much about making sure we had the most amazing time.
I feel bad because we were so overwhelmed with their kindness that I don’t think I fully thanked them properly but they are absolutely the most amazing team. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this escape room.

Our host Finn was great. They did a nice job explaining how it all worked. Finn was told it was my Birthday, then asked 3 questions of me.

Even though I just turned 59 I was presented with a hand draw card that Finn drew and was signed by the whole staff. It was such a a great touch to a fun night with my family plus a successful escape 😁

We were celebrating a quartet of birthdays (had 2 teams) and then made friends with someone else who had a birthday and joined our team 🙂 The staff signed birthday cards and hung a banner for the birthday persons!
Amazing amazing time and super fun puzzles!
It was great! My first time in an escape room, and I can see why people like them. The challenges required a little brain work, but everything we needed was there. Grace was an excellent game master, and unobtrusively stepped in to keep us on track when she saw we were spinning out wheels.
The Escape Game was AMAZING! My husband and I were on our honeymoon here at the Mall of America, and wanted to do “The Heist” escape room. The puzzles were so satisfying when solved, and it was super fun and well themed! The staff were super friendly and kind, and gave great hints! They didn’t give us the answer, but nudged us in the right direction to solve things ourselves. We did indeed “ESCAPE!” 😀
Afterwards they helped us with themed Escaped T-Shirts, and then the manager Kira, gave us a hand written card from the entire team congratulating our marriage! We felt so welcomed and were overjoyed by the kindness from The Escape Game team! This is by far THE BEST escape rooms around; staff, puzzles, and the sweet victory! We highly recommend coming here for a memorable and fun time and can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for how incredibly amazing they are! Thank you all so much! <3

Nora and Erik made our time so special! I took my BF there for his bday and they set up a cute little mini golf holes and some adorable bday stuff signs and stuff!! The best experience!!
