This place was well worth every penny. The staff was great and the activities as well as the playground and many interactive stations. Plenty of hands on art work and creative activities to participate in. My 13,10 n 2 yr old all enjoyed it and it was a great activity for those of us that made a vacation out of a 5 day 4 night stay and attended the great events at the Mall of America which was well worth it. Great visit Minnesota 👍🏼
They have all of the colors you could ever think of. A full wall of every color in crayons and in markers. Clothes, coloring books, tattoos for kids, bath stuff and so much more. Definitely worth taking a look
Little ones had great fun. Creativity and fun together. Entry price is ok for kids, BUT there should be NO or minimal entry fees for adults who are bringing their kids inside. Not a good policy to take a full entry fee for adults who have no choice but pay the fee, as kids are too little to left alone inside.
This was suuuuper fun and took us much longer than I thought it would! There are soooo many activities you can do and take home! Prepare to spend more than 2 hours here, we rushed at the end to see everything because I didn’t know and had lunch reservations. We got there early and even though there were a bunch of people waiting to get in, it wasn’t crowded inside which was surprising!
Took my 5&7 year old here. They have coloring and painting stations, some neat digital art things, drip art and melt and mold stations, indoor playground, coloring stuff, very rudimentary clay station, scribble scrubby thing. Many things that can easily be done at home too. At 29.99 per person and having to pay adult admission even though it is a lot of work for adults than fun for adults. I used mall of America points to come so we had a nice time and I didn’t pay cash. But I can’t say I would pay 99$ for me and my 2 kids to come. We did have fun however. Spent about 1.5 hours here. Probably best suited for 3-8 year old kids.
Crayola Experience is one of the most interactive and engaging places for kids (and adults!) to explore their creativity. From the moment you walk in, it’s a colorful adventure. You can create your own crayon wraps, turn your selfie into a custom coloring page, and of course—color, paint, and dive into all kinds of hands-on activities.
There’s so much to do—make a puzzle, design digital art, melt crayons into fun shapes, and even make your colored creation dance on screen. One of the coolest gems is watching your own fashion model or race car come to life in a digital show—my kids were so proud to see their work featured!
And just when you think you’ve seen it all, you hit the play areas. The toddler zone has a life-size Lite-Brite and is perfect for little ones, while the big kid playground is a full-on energy burner with climbing, jumping, and slides galore. It’s the perfect mix of art, play, and imagination—and we could easily spend hours there.
Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, creative day out—you won’t be disappointed!
Came here for a birthday party and the experience was amazing. We booked the room for an hour but since it was ready and not occupied we were able to enter early and was not rushed. Many activities at the venue and the kids had lots of fun
