Brunch here was great, bagel board was something I don’t think I’ve seen on a menu anywhere else. The waffles had some really good berry jam, very yummy. Good ambiance for brunch.
The indoor dinner ambiance is also excellent, so great for celebrations and formal dinners. They also have a great wine deal on Fridays, half off bottles. The honey glazed salmon was very good.
The outdoor patio is awesome, you have a good view of the lake.
Definitely would recommend this place for a date night, fine dining, or a fancier brunch.
In addition, they have bowling on the second floor, a little bit on the pricier side but great if you want a longer dinner or date night.
The food is presented very nicely and looks exquisite. The drinks were very good as well and taste amazing.
However once I started eating it seemed like it was missing something. The food was very bland and lacking flavor. Given the high caliber of restaurant it was very much a surprise.
Despite how beautiful and nice the restaurant is, as well as noting the location, I do not think the prices are justifiable. Given other restaurants in the same caliber it is a night and day difference when it comes to the food items on the menu.
We were surprised that there were only 8 lanes, but that was fine with us. Also, a tiny bit disappointed that they ask for shoe sizes and if you are celebrating anything, when you make the reservation online and then none of that was noticed; had to retell them show sizes and they didn’t even acknowledge it was his birthday 🥺. But, that would have just been a cherry on the top, so that’s fine.
Then, since we were there on a Sunday, we looked at the buffet brunch and decided to do that… We weren’t disappointed! The food was great and they did a great job of relinquishing things up until about 1:50, when it closes at 2. The only think they didn’t replenish was the lox and so when though we started eating at 1, we never got any 🥺. The prime rib was excellent.
Sadly, bocce was closed until after the buffet, so we didn’t get to do that.
We will likely go back.
We all agreed, we’d go back.
