Tired and hungry; I forgot to take pictures, so use your imagination. Food service stops at 945. So make sure to get there before then. Before the headliner they had a 2 others come out. They were okay. First was a bit too comfortable in his mediocrity and the second was a newb but he tried his best. Once he gets over his nervous habits he’ll be great. The headliner, Eagle Witt, was well within his element. Comfortable and talked to the crowd well. He did have somewhat of a script he stuck to but was able to go off it without a hitch.
The venue was nice. Seating is half hour before the show. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. A big burger that is quite tasty served with fat, delicious fries. The wings are well done. Slightly Crispy and cooked to fall off the bone. The BBQ sauce seemed like your typical, nothing special. The homemade guacamole was delicious but the chips were kind of weird. Don’t know what was sprinkled on them. They only had one person running around taking orders. They definitely needed at least 2.
Great place! Easy booking site. Park on level 5 New York and walk right in. 2 item min inside so beware anything purchased at the bar doesn’t count. Great food options with vegan and gluten friendly items. Friendly staff and awesome comedians. Love having this place at the Mall. Great place to take a date or go with friends! Will be back.
We came in on a Sunday evening that was seemingly a sold out show and extremely busy. We saw one person working as a bartender who was greeting people as they came in, come to find out she was also working as the box office host. Her name was Jasmine, she was lovely, friendly, communicated so well, and had amazing customer service. She truly held it all together in a really chaotic environment, and I would go there 1 million times over just because she was so wonderful.
Despite arriving early, the kitchen closed well before the servers were able to take our order. We are happy to order food/drinks to support the business and understand that this is how the business + servers survive, but this process seemed short-sighted with the 2 item minimum.
Additionally, the tables near the front are arranged quite tightly. This isn’t an issue except for the fact that other people around us were getting drinks/food delivered and ordering. This meant every few minutes I would have to move my seat and hear the servers take orders and deliver food every few minutes DURING the show.
