Our recent stay at the Radisson Blu was made absolutely unforgettable thanks to Virginia Reyes. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Virginia was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always attentive to our needs. Her warm, sweet, and loving personality truly stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.

She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect, showing genuine care and concern throughout. The level of hospitality she provided was nothing short of world-class. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.

Because of Virginia, we’ll definitely be returning—and recommending Radisson Blu to all our family and friends. She is truly a gem and a shining example of what outstanding customer service should look like!

Excellent hotel located on site of the MoA. The rooms were clean and well kept. We enjoyed the ease of access to mall throughout the day via an attached hallway that leads direct to the heart of the mall. Wonderful place to relax at the end of day as well at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were exceptional for both breakfast and dinner. For sheer ease, it’s tough to beat this location as we stayed 3 days and never left the indoors of the hotel or mall. So much to see and do and if the amusement park is your destination, this hotel’s access point to the mall takes you right to. Always felt safe, even in the crowds. Highly recommended if the mall is your destination.

My flight got canceled so I stayed here for a night. Called the hotel shuttle and came and picked me up. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The front desk knew i had a 14 hours long flight and gave a quiet room to rest well. The breakfast at the Firelake was very good. I would come back and stay for a few days to discover the mall. 😁

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the entire hotel is kept extremely clean. The bed and linens are super comfortable. Overall I had a super stay, it’s a great place for a conference. I wish they had more Radisson Blu around the world!

Positive: Fantastic hotel! We stay often. Free ramp parking, fast check-in, and friendly staff. Secure elevators, great pool, hot tub, and gym. Connected to MOA. On-site restaurant is excellent and well-priced. Negative: No microwave in the room. Diet restrictions always leave my wife and me with leftovers.

Very nice hotel, with modern, well appointed rooms. The check-in staff was fast and friendly and quick to help answer questions about the Mall. The mall is attached right to the hotel, so it’s super convenient. Fair warning, the bed was super firm and the pillows were all super soft, so for a side sleeper like myself I had a fairly restless night.

It is a ver strange review. ||Lobby Staff- Amazing|Valet Parking – Super|Restaurant Food – More than Decent|Restaurant Staff – Excellent, |Location – Beyond Perfect. ||So, you wonder; why isn’t this a great hotel and only a good hotel? Awful houseleeping. Some US hotels believe they are living the 2020-2021 era where housekeeping was gone. Dirty rooms, bathrooms, sometimes rooms were not made….serious issues for sure. ||But the rest was great.
