1st impressions really are everything. Flew in late and called the hotel and was still able to get picked up and the attendant gave great directions of where to be picked up. The driver was very nice, great to talk to and made for a great transport experience.

We got to the hotel and find out there is an issue with our room. I confirmed everything that morning, because we weren’t going to be at the hotel until midnight, but at check in, our requested room wasn’t available. Traveling for 7 hours, this was not what I wanted to hear or expected.

The late night desk attendant was fantastic. Apologetic for the situation and did everything he could do to right the situation. Ultimately, we had to settle for a king room one night and switch rooms the next night to get the double queen. His calm attitude and it was obvious he was doing all he could really made it a tolerant experience.

Superior staff, but our 1st room wasn’t what requested, but upgrading to the hospitality suite was great; however, the toilet was running loudly all night. Luckily with the extra door, it quieted the noise.

Overall, the service was great, rooms were clean and conveniently near the airport. I will definitely stay here again

A+ on all accounts! Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and generously granted me a late checkout. The windows in rooms can be opened for fresh air which I really appreciate. It’s a short walk to the Mall of America, and the food court was a good match for lunch and dinners. Rooms were big and clean. Fitness center, shuttle service, and breakfast all good. Great stay!

Location could not be better…there is just a TGIF and one not too busy road between you and the skywalk that leads into the parking ramp at the MOA on the south entrance. Most of the activities that we did also seem to be on that side. So without knowing anything, felt like I got the best location possible and for a decent rate as well! Two (warm) pools and two hot tubs, efficient hot breakfast that is actually kept stocked the entire time, and friendly staff. Really couldn’t ask for more in a reasonably priced hotel. Probably won’t stay anywhere else again when I come to MOA.

The hotel has 2 attached restaurants, serves breakfast daily, has 2 pools, & 2 hot tubs. The pool area could have been cleaner. They only service rooms M-W-F during the week. We’re still paying full price for the rooms so they should check towels & make the bed daily. Otherwise a nice stay VERY close to Mall of America.

I had a great stay at the Country Inn. There’s a lot of free parking if you have a car, and having an airport shuttle is great. I came for a Vikings game and returned my car before the game as I was able to take the shuttle back to the airport and ride the light rail to the stadium. The access to the Mall of America is very nice as you are able to walk above the street and it’s only like a 5 minute walk. The rooms were clean and pretty big. There was a separate living room and bedroom. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and they had biscuits with gravy, which I don’t see at many hotels nowadays. I would absolutely consider staying here again if I was in Minneapolis.

Quiet comfy room. Good breakfast. Tried to book near some friends, but their room was on the opposite end of the pool, and there are no connecting hallways other than ground floor, so it’s a long walk. Two tvs in our room but they are pretty old so I could not cast to stream any apps, and they did not have Fan duel for local sports.
