Excellent service from the shuttle driver to the gentleman at the front desk (John maybe). The room was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the location was great for us. A quick walk to the mall or the shuttle can drop you.
If you’re on the East side, the planes can be a bit loud. We weren’t bothered, but bring your ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The walls are a bit thin too, but mostly very quiet during the day.
Breakfast was good, typical continental but just enough to get your day started.
We didn’t use the pool or fitness center, but both looked great. The fitness center had more equipment than I typically see which was awesome.

This hotel got everything right! We were warmly welcomed by Mike when we arrived unexpectedly in the midst of a family emergency. He was so personable and gave me the feeling right away that I had chosen the right hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and just went above and beyond during our stay. The rooms were wonderful… extremely clean (!) with lovely comfy beds. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of options from health-conscious to sweeter treats (fresh waffles). We also enjoyed the fun inviting lobby with games and a variety of spaces to relax, work or engage. In addition to the staff´s friendly interactions with us, their positive interactions with each other were really noticeable and seemed to reflect an enjoyable work environment… very likely a product of great management.

This is honestly our favorite place to stay when we are either flying out from the airport or enjoying the Mall of America. The staff is always super friendly and kind. There’s a good breakfast every a.m. I love the facilities as it’s very modern, but there’s also fun things to do there for free in the lobby. They have a pool table, plenty of seats for lounging, and they even have games. We absolutely love the Hilton company and try to stay at Hilton’s when we can. We also enjoy their shuttle and that we can leave our cars in the parking lot. I just wish they didn’t charge for that service. One time when we stayed there we set our alarms for p.m. instead of a.m. and we missed our shuttle. They called our room and we were able to get on the next one after we hurried and packed up. Highly recommend and definitely will go to again.

Convenient location near Mall of America and Blue line metro train to airport and downtown. Convenience has a price though. Planes departing and arriving are loud. Rooms were clean but no bags in trash cans ? Pillows were lumpy. Thermostat had to be lowered to 64F to get room comfortable. Shower water pressure was like someone holding a watering can over your head. Took 2 tries every time for key card to work. Breakfast was a joke. Lukewarm food with no microwave to reheat. Prepackaged muffin was good though. Long lines on weekends. Coffee was bad. Weak with no flavor. Do yourself a favor and walk to IHOP. Staff was friendly.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap but clean, with comfortable bed and ok breakfast. There is a fridge in the room.
Shower has hot water but and a lot of pressure (even too much !!).
It’s a 5 minutes drive from the airport and even less from Mall Of America.
I was happy to be able to completely switch off the AC and have a silent room to sleep.
There is some noise from the planes (airport is very close) but nothing bad.

Parking is 10$ on top of the room price.
