What can I say? It’s a budget hotel near an airport — you get what you get. There is a parking fee of $10/per night per vehicle, which I do wish they advertised in any capacity before checking in.

My only real complaint was the breakfast. Cereal, yogurt, waffles, milk, coffee, and juice is what you get, which is fine and all, but does not offer much in terms of protein. We ended up ordering in breakfast every day we were there, so free breakfast didn’t end up as much of a selling point for us.

Staff were great! Very friendly and helpful and the rooms are decent. Like I said, it’s a budget hotel so don’t expect a room of luxury, but it was neatly made up and mostly spotless– only spots of any concern would be from wear and tear which has nothing to do with housekeeping.

Overall, not a bad pick if you’re staying overnight prior to a flight or after a flight. It gets the job done.

This conveniently located place is worn and dingy. The furniture is chipped and marred. Bathroom was clean, thin towels were soft and clean. Beds seemed small but comfortable. Bedding was soft and clean. The location – close to airport and 494 was easy to get to and remarkably quiet. |This location advertised pool and hot tub. The hot tub was a hole in the floor. Pool was fine. |This location also advertised breakfast. There was no protein whatsoever. Only orange juice coffee or water. I had a tiny muffin which was especially sweet and soft. My granddaughter tried to eat one of the brick hard oranges (only fruit available). This was the worst “breakfast” I have had since the gross one years ago in Memphis.

I have mixed feelings about our stay. Upside:The front desk staff was great about getting us in a little early and getting 2 rooms very close together. She was understanding when my card went through for one room and not the other (confused & frustrated me) so I used another card.They had a good breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Downside: the reason my card declined was that they made an error and charged me for the weekend before and hadn’t processed the return so there was a fraud alert I had to removed. (Money was refunded). The rooms looked nothing like the website at all. One room smelled badly of cigarettes. Walls and windows were dirty in both rooms and the showers were tolerable at best. Halls also were dirty and had a weird smell. The absolute worst part of our stay was the really sketchy people inside and outside at the hotel evening/night. My teenager daughters were afraid to go out of the rooms because they were followed and harassed by several guys/guests(?). We were unable to use the pool because it was so small and overcrowded and again my teenagers didn’t feel safe at all.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep and not hang out at the pool or anywhere but your room I would recommend it.

First and foremost: Taylor, Michelle, Angie, Lynn, Ariel, and Chandu were all fantastic. They went above and beyond, every single time with no hesitation. We had major issues with the man at the desk over night, David. I held off on writing this review until I knew if this would be resolved. Take note that if you have issues here, they may not be resolved by the GM or in an appropriate manner. They will let you feel unsafe and feel like you’re going crazy, while smiling at you and telling you they’re going to take care of it.

NOTE: this person is no longer at this location but it is worth bringing up. We had an ID left in our room on the first floor by a friend, and brought it to David to hold on to til morning. Long story short, he did the exact opposite: violated company policy, made a copy of the ID, showed it to someone we’ve never seen before in our lives, and told the police he found it with a bunch of illegal substances and paraphernalia on the second floor. (Obviously not true). This person also tried to scam a close friend of mines housing officer (who was in the middle of prayer, might I add) out of $200 at 3 am. I’m sharing this because NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THIS. We don’t know why he’s no longer working here but it’s not for the countless horrible things he did to my friends and me.
