JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America

Room was the nicest hotel room I’ve stayed in to date.
Service was second to none. Every employee treated me so nicely, as if it was the best day of their life. This was really refreshing after a long day of travel.
Literally connected to MoA so super convenient. Although I didn’t eat there, they had restaurants in the hotel available.

Lastly, I called a month and half after my stay as I needed a receipt from them and the employee who took the call found the transaction in 30 seconds and it was sent to me literally within minutes of making my call. Couldn’t be happier with this place.

Best hotel experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to access for MOA easily and even though it was close to the airport and the mall- it was quiet! Restaurant was excellent- food and service amazing. Highly recommend!!

I stayed at this property with my new wife for our honeymoon and to visit the area. Our trip started with Patrick checking us in and getting us up onto a higher floor with a great view of the airport. Not something you’d likely expect someone to say but the room was so well sound proofed that we didn’t hear any of the planes until we got to the desk Sunday morning to check out. ||There was another woman at the desk whose name I unfortunately did not catch but was sweet nonetheless. She offered us some sort of tea which was delicious. ||All our requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself was beautiful and convenient with the access to the MOA. Will absolutely be staying again.

Nice hotel. Lobby was modern and clean. We had the king room. Typical hotel room. Nothing out of the ordinary. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice enough. Loved the convenience of walking to the MOA as the JW is connected to the MOA, and we did not have to leave the building.

We drove in, but the airport was very close as well for those flying in. Would recommend to anyone staying at MOA.

I’ve been to a lot of hotels, and this hotel definitely stands out as a modern, friendly, great place to stay. All the staff were nice and very helpful.
Clean and well designed rooms.
And a beautiful place to have events or business meetings.

My stay at JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service that truly elevated my experience.

The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the Mall of America, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel provides a serene and luxurious retreat, perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean, featuring plush bedding, modern amenities, and a peaceful ambiance that ensured a restful stay. The upgraded suite I received as a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member was a wonderful perk, offering stunning city views and extra comfort.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive concierge, the service was truly world-class. The Executive Lounge was another highlight, offering delicious refreshments and a relaxing space to unwind. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the indoor pool is a great place to relax after a day of work.

For anyone visiting Minneapolis, whether for business or leisure, JW Marriott Mall of America is the perfect choice. Luxury, comfort, and convenience all in one—this hotel exceeds expectations in every way! I look forward to my next stay.

My wife and I loved this hotel. It is attached to the Mall of America which is super convenient. It is incredibly clean and nice. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. A few shoutouts:

>>Parking<< Initially it is a bit tricky since the front of the hotel is just a big circle with no real clear markings of what to do during check-in. When it's busy, the staff have a heck of a time wrangling all the cars, but when it's slow, they are right there to guide you. Valet is an option as well as self parking. The self parking is in an underground garage that is well lit and has easy access to the hotel. Recommend unloading at the front of hotel and then parking if there is space. >>Bathrooms<< For me, hotels live and die by the bathrooms. See photos. It was very clean, had a nice roomy shower with great products, and a soaking tub easily large enough for a 6' male to sit in. >>Room Service<< The food is provided by Cedar & Stone. It was AMAZING. See photo. Delivered to our room hot and fresh with the cutest condiments. My wife said the chicken sandwich was the best she ever had. I loved the burger. Bacon had a bit of a glaze that was delicious. >>Engineering Service<< We did have an issue with our phone in the room working. We used our cell phones to call the front desk and they sent up a gentleman named "Finn". He was very knowledgeable and got the issues resolved quickly. He was also a great example of "Minnesota Nice". We enjoyed chatting with him while he resolved the phone issue. He kept mentioning how much he enjoyed working at Marriott! Hopefully corporate will give him a little shout out for us. >>Suggestion<< This is NOT a complaint, but it would be great if the Executive Lounge seating area was usable 24/7 - at least part of it. Would have been a great place to do some work while the wife rested. Maybe there were other areas that would have worked for this. I didn't look real hard. View from here is amazing. See photo. >>Overall<< we will absolutely be back. We have already started looking at dates to come back and bring the kids to spend a week or so at the JW, Mall of America and surrounding amenities.
