We just held our wedding reception here and everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were all very kind and professional. Eric kept checking in on our night to make sure we didn’t need anything. When out to pictures they kept our food in a warmer and served us when we were ready to eat.

The planning process was made simple by Katelyn. As she helped make a timeline of how the night was going to go during the planning process. She also created table charts for us to fill out so we could get the layout we wanted. Katelyn ensured every detail went perfectly and checked in on us to make sure we weren’t missing anything.

The food was absolutely amazing we got so many compliments on it from our guests. The truffled grilled cheese was a big hit during cocktail hour. The boneless braised short rib absolutely melted in the mouth and tasted delicious. The Bell and Evans chicken was super flavorful. Massive compliments to the chef.

The hotel was super kind and even sent up chocolate covered strawberries and champaign after our big day.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough as a place to stay and to host your wedding reception.

Had a great stay while in town for a concert. The staff were all lovely. The room was really nice and spacious and very clean! Had dinner at the Urbana Kitchen restaurant and the meal was delicious and just the right amount of spice. The manager Becca was very attentive to any requests and went above and beyond to be helpful! Will stay here everytime!!

Comfortable yet upscale but not fussy. Steps from the light rail for super easy jaunt to the mall or airport. The blue line actually goes all the way downtown too so sports or concerts are a breeze. The restaurant is consistently good. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Some of the rooms are a bit small and lack enough table space for organizing when traveling with others. The staff is always great.

Was in MN for medical care and stayed in this hotel a couple nights prior to traveling back home. The hotel was well cared for and staffed at an appropriate level. We splurged on a 1-bedroom suite and it was very nice! The best thing this accommodation has going for it (other than the space) is the shower. OMG, I could have showered four times a day! The water pressure was fantastic and the temperature of the water was almost immediately warm. There also was a lot of space at the vanity for two people to have all their toiletries. A couple of notes: The refrigerator was in a strange space and did not hold very much. Also, there is a large conference table, but the height is elevated so you have to sit on stools rather than in chairs. This makes the table less useful/ergonomic for lengthy work periods. If I come back in Minneapolis, I would love to stay in one of these suites again!

I always enjoy staying in a Hyatt Regency Hotel, except the room service to tidy up was not good. The hotel failed to send up house cleaning twice. I asked nicely and we were gone a whole day came back and our room was still a mess. I was disappointed. But overall it was nice. Monorail to Mall of America and to our Vikings game was right outside out Hotel. Very convenient. Thank you. We’ll return.

Appreciated the comfy oversized king and also the value of the room plus its location. Note the transit option to the hotel, as well as the hotel’s shuttle – if you aren’t crazy about rolling your luggage two blocks. The workout gym is well designed, as well as pool area. One secret is the popularity of the Urbana Kitchen & Bar – the bartender has quite the following from regulars – and his drinks are classic. (Constructive comments: One waiter does need a hair tie and we were grateful that we only had drinks here. Also, coffee maker in room did not seem functional.) Thank you for a great stay and a much higher standard for an ‘airport hotel.’
