I was here for a work trip and I had a pet friendly room because I brought my dog.
The room was newly renovated and did not have carpet; rather the floors were vinyl. The room was spacious, clean, modernized, and I was close to the elevator.
Breakfast did not have much variety and was your typical hotel breakfast. I felt it was overly priced for the options available.
Dinner at the bar/restaurant was great and there were many food/drink choices.
The staff during second shift were not helpful nor friendly and were often irritated.
This hotel has several conference rooms so it can be quite busy.
Many of the rooms are not renovated from what I had heard from coworkers that stayed.

The room I was given was extremely dated. There was something behind the door that was missed during cleaning. The bathroom ceiling is peeling and the tub plug was rusted. The outlet in the our bathroom area did not work. I would have told the front desk person but was cut off as she walked away from me during check out. In fact I have been here several times and the front desk personnel have been hot or cold. It takes just a small gesture to pretend you like your customers and your job. If not quit

I was here for a conference and the conference staff and catering staff bent over backwards to please us. It was very pleasant. The catering individual found food for grandson that was dairy and gluten free . The front desk people could take lessons from catering staff.

I have used the park and fly service many times and have had no issues. I would like to see it become a 24 hour service so I can just come in and hitch a ride. I live to close to stay yet can’t get service to airport prior to 4 am which I need with a 530 flight

Very nice hotel, and will definitely stay here again. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, altho bring your own pillows. Convenient fast food accessible across the parking lot, which is very well lit. At no point did I ever feel unsafe during my stay.

This hotel’s management team are frauds. Blatantly lie and charge you for a room even though you cancel the room outside of the 48-hour cancelation window. It’s called sitting on it and then actioning the cancelation within the timeframe. They lost a lot of corporate business.

CORRECTION: This hotel is awesome! I accidentally chose the wrong hotel to leave a negative review. Thank you for the quick response by the hotel staff to alert me to this! 5 stars!

I’ve been to several of this level hotel. Nice place. Nice amenities, always love the walnut cookies. A small but standout item if you can imagine was the water pressure in the shower. I probably showered twice as fast as usual. No messing around here.

Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Room was clean but sink wouldn’t drain the pillows and bed were not comfortable. The breakfast buffet looked really small for the price.

Been coming to this hotel on and off since 2010. Its had its ups and downs but this year was absolutely great. Ac kept up for the most part. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms stayed well stocked and was just a good vibe. Can’t wait for next con.
