⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Outstanding Experience

My recent stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and every staff member demonstrated professionalism and genuine care.

A special recognition goes to D’Anthony, the breakfast attendant, for his outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. The breakfast was extraordinary — delicious, fresh, and filled with healthy options including a wonderful selection of fresh fruits.

The gym and pool area were both genuine highlights — clean, well-maintained, and absolutely phenomenal for relaxation and wellness. The housekeeping team also deserves special mention for their dedication, even cleaning every single wall throughout the hotel to maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness.

I would also like to recognize the shuttle driver, who was extremely friendly and helpful. His dedication was impressive — working the Friday evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM and returning early Saturday morning to work from 7 AM to 3 PM with the same positive attitude and professionalism. My apologies for not taking your name — you truly deserve recognition for your excellent service.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and truly exceptional service.

We came in really late due to a late flight. The front desk staff were wonderful. They were very helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. They were so great I had to write a review! I’m used to surly front desk staff at night at most hotels. The room is also nice. Our room is spotless and very soft sheets. This is a great place to stay if you are flying in to Minneapolis en route to another destination. Jumping back in to say the breakfast attendant was awesome too! Great staff 🙂

I loved this place! It may be a bit more expensive, but it’s definitely worth it. The hotel staff goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. The Bluetooth mirrors in the bathroom were fantastic because I could listen to my music while I showered. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and an open dining area for guests who want to take out food but do not wish to eat in their rooms. Very nice spot, right by the airport and Mall of American!

This hotel proved to be an excellent last-minute booking. The shuttle service was exceptional—a truly five-star experience that stands out among other hotels. The drivers were friendly and professional. I was also pleased with the accommodations, as the room was clean and spacious. My stay was overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend this hotel based on the quality of its service.

Nice accommodations, especially if you need an airport shuttle. Loved the spacious shower! Quiet room, too. Price was high for what you get. Breakfast was an additional cost. It would be nice to include this with the high price we paid for accommodations. Fruit/yogurt bowl from the buffet was tasty. We would stay here again if price was lower. We didn’t have many options for a stay due to flight delay, but we enjoyed our time here.

Nice hotel, very clean except the floors in our two rooms were very sticky…not sure if they used too much cleaning solution or what. Also, the breakfast they make you pay for should absolutely be free. Most other hotels have a better breakfast that’s included with the stay. Pool was nice.

Very pleased with our stay. Check in was quick and easy, room was very nice and clean. The fitted sheet on one of the beds was inside out but that was no big deal. Entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the pool water was very cold.
