What is there to do in Bloomington?

The Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge is located in the South Loop area and is a peaceful retreat for hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife spotting. In west Bloomington, the large Hyland Lake Park Reserve has a lake for swimming and fishing, a large play area, and miles of trails for hiking and biking in warm weather and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
