Super Neon: Light up your life in a neon wonderland at Super Neon! Located in Mall of America, Super Neon is a feel-good experience to electrify your senses and immerse yourself in the glow of a shimmering luminous landscape.
Vatican Unveiled: Opening January 10, 2026 – Vatican Unveiled is the largest collection of papal artifacts outside of Rome. Hosted by the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, attendees will experience interesting historical perspectives, artistic items with old-world craftsmanship, and papal artifacts.

Scramblin’ Egg: Bringing breakfast joy to Bloomington, Scramblin’ Egg has transformed from beloved food truck to storefront, thanks to winning the Hatch Bloomington competition last year. Swing by for made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and egg dishes, perfect for starting your day right in a cozy, fresh new space.
Hong Kong Noodles: This Cantonese noodle shop recently relocated to east Bloomington. With an endless menu featuring everything from congee to fried rice and Dim Sum specials on the weekend, Hong Kong Noodles has something for every Chinese food lover.
Macarons by Maddie Lu: After a brief hiatus away from Mall of America, Macarons by Maddie Lu is back open on Level 3, West! Maddie’s hand-crafted macarons are served alongside servings of the latest trend to hit MOA: dirty soda, a soft drink mixed with creamer, syrup, and other flavors.
Gyropolis: This fast-casual spot has been a Bloomington favorite for many years, and recently underwent a complete remodel to make their restaurant bigger and more accessible for guests. There’s now a drive-thru for online orders and a bigger kitchen and seating area to enjoy those delicious gyros and Greek salads.

Scramblin’ Egg
Mr. Waffle Dessert: Located at Mall of America, Mr. Waffle serves bubble waffles and taiyaki (Japanese fish-shaped cakes) topped with ice cream and fruit.
Perk Up Kitchen: When it comes to breakfast and lunch, Perk Up has you covered! Their menu includes sweet and savory dishes including frittatas, breakfast “charcuterie”, sammies and salads, and more.

Smokestack Express: Bloomington residents and visitors are thrilled to have an option for delicious barbecue so close by. Side dishes like mac and cheese and baked beans are nearly as tasty as Smokestack’s smoked pork, chicken, and beef.
