Amazing Service, I needed a new/lighter Bowling ball. The guy in the Pro Shop was very nice, couldn’t ask for better service! He was very precise in measuring and made sure everything fit properly. I bowled a couple of games with my new ball, all in a very short time. Now I just need to improve game!!!😁
My husband and I had a fun time here. 😊 the staff was so friendly and informative of their specials. The place was clean, and there was plenty of room to play.
Really enjoy this bowling alley! It’s always clean and enjoyable even when busy. The pro shop is an awesome add-on, we purchased bowling balls and accessories right in store and were able to get them sized just perfectly for our hands.
Overall decent lanes and well kept establishment. Customer service was very poor and the cashier at the front desk was having a difficult time being polite while also maintaining alley policies. It was pretty late at this point so I can cut him some slack. Prices are steep compared to other alleys in Minneapolis.
This is a great old school bowling alley. It’s not super over-the-top like a lot of other places are. I love how it’s not pretentious…and…everyone feels welcome there. They have many leagues that play there throughout the week so…it’s always best to call ahead to verify if non-league bowling is available when you want to go. They offer many discount days/times but…a regular game of bowling is $5.19 plus tax. Shoe rental was $5-something plus tax also. They have lots of lanes…and…it’s not typically super busy especially in the daytime through late afternoon hours during the week. I’ve read that others have had issues with the scoring system. We’ve been there many times…never had any issues at all. Besides bowling…they have a little area with some arcade/skill games. There are also about four pool tables…and…dart boards. There is a snack bar with a decent amount of options…priced at about what you’d expect for a bowling alley. They do serve alcoholic beverages too. On one end…is a pro shop to get whatever bowling essentials you may require. The staff is always very nice…and…easy to locate when you need them. Each time we’ve gone…the place has been very clean/well-kept. This is a terrific location…and…we’re thrilled that the Hyvee deal to buy out a large chunk of the strip mall where this bowling alley is [including the bowling alley]..fell through. the last thing this city needs is: another grocery store! 🙂 This is a place we’ll always return to…and…recommend.
