With a name like Snuffy’s, how do you not give it a try? Fun 50s diner style atmosphere, buy almost too big of a space to keep the vibe. Maybe if there was a bigger crowd? Ordered the signature Big Mike Burger and wasn’t disappointed. Well made, from fresh burgers with creamy 1000 island. Family order of fries was enormous. Friend ordered the chicken tenders melt on marble rye and onion rings. Rings were great and the melt was (as she said) great. Finished with a shake and a malt – spot on. Finally, the service surpassed the food. Our server was attentive, polite, and very nice. Overall, great experience.
Got the double cheeb with American cheese as well as the banana-fudge shake. Burger was phenomenal, nice and fresh… Ate it too fast to take a picture. Was just the right size.
Banana fudge shake was also good. Get the half-size, it’s plenty enough unless you’re sharing.
Family sized fries fed the 5 of us.
Overall, great vibes would recommend.
My first time here. Very fun little place to come and eat. The service was friendly and fast. The food was good. Has that old nostalgia malt shop feeling. Great place for a date night.
I tried the Cheeseburger and Waffle Fries. The Cheeseburger had good flavor and cooked perfectly. I gave it a (4) The Waffle Fries were perfect and an item I would recommend. Crispy outside and fluffy inside. (5). I also had a Bananna Strawberry Malt which bought me back to my earlier years. (5) I also stole a taste of the Chili Fries from one of my family members . I have to inform those are worth the price and full of yumminess.
Classic style diner food that is hard to find normally. Burger was cooked perfectly, fries were fresh, onion rings had a good batter and flavor. Chicken strips seemed to have been in house fresh batter.
The shake was served classic style also including the tin when ordering the full size. Flavor brought me back to when I was younger.
Dipping sauce was decent but careful as they don’t mention the price of $1.50 each so be mindful of that.
Service otherwise was good and friendly.
Price was a bit on the high side and would most likely only go back every now and then. Expect to pay upwards of $15-20 per person.
Hot dogs covered in kraut and fries was our lunch of choice today instead of our usual burger. It hit the spot! We also split a chocolate malt which they made special after cleaning the malt machine due to possible contamination due to a nut allergy and were soo nice about it. Nate, our waiter, was personable and we never felt like we were being rushed.
Another great meal at Snuffy’s!
Another great meal at Snuffy’s!
The space is really great with a classic diner feel throughout. We had a party of 11 (for which we were forced to pay 18% gratuity as if a party of 11 takes more work than 5 parties of two at once). I got a salad, which was definitely expensive for what it was – for the $9 price it should have included protein. I got a butterscotch malt, which was indeed very good; it is hard to find places that serve butterscotch anymore. Lastly, the onion rings were very good (and rather pricey at $8 for a family size side). All in, this is a fun place to get a malt, but I can’t say the food lived up to an $80 meal for a family of five.
