Samurai Sushi and Hibachi

My wife and I were looking for a new spot to try, and I remembered this place used to be Osaka. From the outside it looked nice, and once we got inside, we could tell they had made quite a few changes from the old Osaka restaurant layout. The decor was modern and clean, definitely a nice update.

We were seated by a friendly hostess, and our server, Kristina, came by shortly after to greet us. She went over the menu and explained they have an all-you-can-eat option, but you have to finish everything or they charge you a fee. They also offer a la carte option, which we decided to go with since it was our first visit and we didn’t know what to expect.

My wife ordered the filet mignon and shrimp hibachi, and I went with a few sushi rolls. The food came out fairly quickly, and Kristina was great about keeping our drinks full before we even had to ask.

Unfortunately, the hibachi didn’t live up to our expectations. The shrimp were overcooked, and the rice tasted like it had been made a few days ago. Overall, the food lacked seasoning and flavor. The sushi rolls were decent not amazing, but the presentation was on point.

They have plenty of parking and lots of seating, but as far as the food goes, they really missed the mark!!!

The only reason I keep coming back here is the “food”—it’s really good. I’ve been for the all-you-can-eat dinner multiple times, and the quality always impresses me.
The service is just OK. I get that they’re busy, but we always have to wait a long time for staff or struggle looking for them.

Ps. Make sure to order a good amount of food at once, since it can take forever to flag someone down for more. Haha

They offer an all-you-can-eat option, which is perfect if you’re indecisive or just want to sample a bit of everything. It’s a great value, especially if you come hungry.

The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Oddly enough, it wasn’t busy at all during lunch, which made for a relaxed and quiet dining experience—definitely a hidden gem in that regard.

The food was fresh and flavorful, from the sushi rolls to the hibachi offerings. Everything came out quickly and was clearly made with care.

If you’re looking for good Japanese food with plenty of options and a laid-back vibe, Samurai Sushi and Hibachi is worth checking out.

A nice place with plenty of parking. The decor and atmosphere add to the great experience. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was amazing. It was helpful to have good pictures of the offerings on the menu along with the descriptions. Will go back to try the Hibachi.

All you can eat. Quality is ok. But Somewhat americanized. The rice in the roll is a bit mushy. I think The salmon teriyaki is overcooked.

One of the best meals that I’ve had in the US!! Amazing service and quality of food

We went for the first time and it was wonderful. We all had the all you can eat sushi dinner. The appetizers, sashimi & rolls were very good. Of the AYCE sushi I have tried, they had the biggest & best sashimi. We will go back.

Absolutely fantastic hibachi experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The chef put on such a fun and entertaining show—lots of laughs, impressive knife skills, and great energy all around. The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked veggies, flavorful fried rice, and tender meats. The highlight of the night was definitely the filet mignon—cooked to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It was a memorable evening full of great food and even better vibes. Can’t wait to come back!
