Can’t go wrong with the Volcano nachos! Delicious and our waiter, William, took good care of us. Great lunch stop in the Mall of America.
Kyle was our server. He was fantastic! We had a nice conversation, it was a slow part of the day. He checked in on us several times, refilled drinks and suggested a wonderful dish to me as they were out of the crab cakes.
He suggested the Cajun seafood pasta. It was superb. I am usually skeptical of scallops but these were great.
The atmosphere was very “Key West” in it’s ambience.
All around 5 stars because the food was great, Kyle was a very enjoyable server and that was exactly what we needed that day.
Food was good and atmosphere was fun. My meal was a good size, but my husband’s dish was quite small for the price. They also had run out of the first meal he wanted, but that does happen. All in all, decent experience!
Our host Sam was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel right at home from the moment he saw us. I would come back here again just to see Sam because he was so friendly. Our kids also really liked interacting with him. Our server was Jeffrey and he was equally awesome. He knew the menu, suggested great entrees, and provided excellent service. This was one of my best trips to a Margaritaville restaurant and I’ve been to many of them.
Services amazing, our server Mario was fantastic and very diligent and accommodating to our sensitivity needs for food. The grilled chicken sandwich was a little charred but everything else was delicious. Only complaint would be the music being too loud. If you get over stimulated easy it would be a place to avoid.
First time in, very quiet, but we liked it that way. Service was quick and friendly. The crab cakes were outstanding, real crab and not much binder. The fries were perfect, hot, crispy, uniform in size, and not over salted. The seafood combo was good, fish wasn’t spectacular. Overall, it was a good visit. Also liked the music wasn’t loud so you could enjoy it and still have your conversation. Like they say … “It’s 5’oclock somewhere.”
I’ve always wanted to go the Margaritaville and they did not disappoint!! I love the Key West cabana style atmosphere and the food and our waiter were well above par from what I expected.
I ordered the seafood combo and it was absolutely superb. I also had two of their signature cocktails, the 5 O’clock Somewhere and the Blackberry Moonshine Margarita!

We decided to dine in Margaritaville for our brief trip. We each ordered the fish and shrimp combo, and the food was good, with the exception of the fried shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. The landshark fish was good, as well as the coconut shrimp, which worked well with the sauce. That is what helped save the rating from going down another notch. Our server Anita did a great job as well, and everything was clean. The fried shrimp I do not recommend.
