I had the plant based meatballs meal. Everything needed lots of salt and pepper, but it was decent after that. It’s nice that everything is so affordable and the company is low-waste. The gooey cake surprised me! It was very rich, and tasted like a gooey brownie. The dining space was really open and bright, I would come back to work/study there.
I think my rate will be 4.5 and not a 4. The reason of my rate is because I feel they are loosing a little flavor on some of their dishes. Thank God the Swedish meatballs are still the bomb ! I tried the vegetarian and I really don’t care for. The mash potatoes don’t taste the same as before. You go and taste the mashed potatoes and let me know if is just me or it needs more flavor.
Bring ear plugs! It will make your IKEA experience so much better especially in the dining area where it can get super noisy.
Can’t go wrong with meatballs, lingonberry sauce, potatoes and gravy, and peas!
All employees super friendly!
The almond cake is rich and creamy. The vegetable balls are delicious but there were none today, hopefully they aren’t permanently gone.
The food is delicious 🤤
There are different menus and I tried breakfast and lunch. Both of them are good.
For breakfast, the scrambled eggs and bacon are perfectly cooked.
As for lunch, the meat ball and salmon are tasty and the sauce for both is great 👍

There is something uniquely satisfying about dining at an IKEA food court. The food is delicious. There are plenty of veggie options. The ordering process feels like a school cafeteria but with actual charm. I love it all. Such a magical way to spend an afternoon.
The Swedish meatballs were delicious. The gravy helped. The lines were long, and it is cafeteria style, so the cake I picked up at the beginning of the line had gotten a little hard in the wait. The employees work really hard and try to go quickly. The seating area was clean and tables were available. Prices are reasonable.
