First time here and their pho was lovely! For $17, you get a lot of meats with it! Loved how they used the thick pho noodles instead of the usual skinny ones. The broth was superb even before any condiments were added! Service was great & consistent as well. Overall loved the experience. Will definitely be back to try out other menu items! 🙂
Pho was great but personally I prefer thinner noodles. The thick noodles sucks up a lot of the broth so it makes the texture a little soggy. The tenderloin and meat was perfect, it was really soft and easy to chew. Broth was a bit oily but still tasty. Portions and prices were reasonable but the real star of the show is the lemongrass beef jerky. It was so so delicious! 10/10 would buy again 😋
Love the newly renovated vibe and the food was delicious! The fried rice had a nice smoky flavor and the sesame chicken was tasty and crispy. The pho had a balanced flavor ratio but was a little salty with slightly larger noodles than we are used to. The cream cheese wontons were also delicious! Attentive service.
Pho is good, but not outstanding. It’s the type you want on a cold day and you want something savory. The fatter noodles are what makes this place stand out. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want some homey pho.
Best pho in twin cities with fresh pho noodles and authentically savory broth. Also, spring rolls are so goood with homemade peanut sauce. Friendly staffs. Thanks Co Tu.
I’ve tried many Vietnamese restaurant and have always been left disappointed. I’ve tried to find a pho that resembles that of my mother. My friend had brought me here and told me they had good pho. I was skeptical going in, but I was pleasantly surprised. The broths aroma brought me back home. Taking a couple sips instantly reminded me of my mother. I think its all about preference when it comes to pho, but this restaurant hit home for me. I loved the thick noodles and plentiful cuts of meats. I typically always leave the broth behind, but for this broth I had to drink it all. Whenever I’m homesick, I will come back to visit Cô Tư’s.
I went here with my mom last night after work for the first time. The service was great! Greeted by a sweet young lady who made the most amazing Thai jelly tea! There was tons to choose from on the menu. Everything was super fresh! Not only do you get a huge amount of food per serving, but they don’t skimp on the meat! I do wish the egg rolls were bigger, but that’s my only complaint. This is one hidden jem that you don’t want to overlook. I’m definitely going back with my partner!
Came here for the first time after work as I was super hungry. We ordered a rice platter plate, fried chicken wings and chicken fried rice. I always try rice platters everywhere I go and honestly this was not one of the best that I’ve had. It was salty especially the fish sauce that came with it. Was disappointed in that so I gave the rest to my boyfriend. We asked for just chicken fried rice and they came back with fried rice but no chicken. Everything was over priced. I’ve honestly had better and for better pricing.
