This place is amazing! True authentic Pho noodles and broth. Huge portions and absolutely delicious! I had the Pho Special with extra tendon
We had a great experience at Co Tu Oriental Cuisine. The food and service were both excellent. We especially enjoyed the Hu Tieu Mi Xa Xiu, Wonton Soup, and Mi Xao Don Do Bien — all were flavorful and well-prepared.
The only downside was that our kids didn’t really care for the orange chicken they ordered. They did, however, love the cream cheese wontons — those were a hit!
A nice bonus — they also have a variety of to-go snacks available for purchase, like dau hu (tofu pudding), xuong xao, flan, kho ga (shredded chicken), and cream puffs. Perfect for taking a little something home after your meal.
Overall, a solid spot for delicious Vietnamese and Asian dishes. We’d definitely come back to try more from their menu!
Pho: fatty broth, strong flavor, good. Da Biet Pho’s meats were wayy too chewy for my liking. Pho oxtail: oxtail meat was good. This place is the only place with wide Pho noodle that I knew of in Minnesota. Worth a try. The noodle broke apart a little bit when I was eating them, but I cant complain too much because it is difficult to get fresh Pho noodle in Minnesota. The broth is very high in sodium so expect to be very thirsty after eating.
The taro in eggrolls was undercooked. Otherwise, flavor and texture was nice
Stirred fried rice noodles has a burnt bitter aftertaste.
Bun bo hue was alright. Not the best I’ve had but not bad either.
The lady that works here says they make their noodles fresh everyday. Their pho Noodle are bigger then the usual you get at Vietnamese restaurants. The pho broth is more greasy too. Most be northern Vietnamese style pho🤣.
But I ain’t complaining it was delicious! I would definitely come back.
BTW they automatic charge you 18% tip.

Best pho in town! Also I’ve tried their lo mein and it is absolutely delicious! This has become our favorite spot to go to when it’s chilly or if we are just in the mood for some tasty cuisine. Their wontons are hands down the best I’ve ever tried. They are extremely crispy and somehow remain crispy even after take home and eaten the next day!
The atmosphere here is very pleasant. It’s a nice place to grab some pho or other Vietnamese dishes. Food tastes great!
Love the newly renovated vibe and the food was delicious! The fried rice had a nice smoky flavor and the sesame chicken was tasty and crispy. The pho had a balanced flavor ratio but was a little salty with slightly larger noodles than we are used to. The cream cheese wontons were also delicious! Attentive service.
Pho was great but personally I prefer thinner noodles. The thick noodles sucks up a lot of the broth so it makes the texture a little soggy. The tenderloin and meat was perfect, it was really soft and easy to chew. Broth was a bit oily but still tasty. Portions and prices were reasonable but the real star of the show is the lemongrass beef jerky. It was so so delicious! 10/10 would buy again 😋
