I have nothing but great things to say about this Holiday Inn. Aside from its conveniently close location to the airport and mall of America , the staff is top notch! The drivers were each kind and informative in their own way I had the privilege of driving with Khloe Leo, and a few others that I’m sad I can’t remember their names, because they all were truly so helpful. I even had some of these drivers giving me the lay of the land as we drove along their route teaching me where bus stops are or even nearby stores and parks. I never asked they just did it! I had to stay for a long stint at the hotel while looking for a place of my own after moving out of state. The front desk staff were so helpful Eddy, Heidi, Mara all assisted me with different things and each were so accommodating. After my stay was over they held an ice pack I accidentally left in my room after checkout at the front desk and a fed ex package that was delivered after my stay ended. They were awesome!
When I had some follow-up questions regarding my bill eddy (assistant manager) had no issue making time for me and helping me sort everything out. Lastly the amazing Vanessa is found in the breakfast buffet area restocking and replenishing food as it is used. Some mornings were busier than others but each and every time she was working with a smile on her face. Kudos to the Holiday inn Team and the ones behind the scenes that I didn’t see because I know you are a big component to this as well. I will always recommend this location.

The hotel very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and they offer to supply missing personal care items that may have been forgotten. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a large variety of breakfast options that were well stocked. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was a nice place to stay. We really enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast, and the staff was extremely helpful.
Gary the shuttle driver was extremely helpful. We took 2 rides and he brought us quickly and safely to our destinations. Also, he helped us know how to get on and off the blue line at the correct locations.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Mall of America. The shuttle app is fantastic – no more wondering where your driver is. Gary was prompt, friendly and informative. He provided info on how to schedule the shuttle for the next morning, suggested various places for dinner, and he even found and returned some money that blew out of my hand in the parking lot! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, front desk staff were friendly and helpful – all in all a great stay!

I deliberately did not post yesterday because we were out enjoying life and all God has blessed us with our family at the Mall of America, and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Wow, what a great staff they have there. Super clean rooms with every attention to all the details needed that equals great customer service and a great breakfast spread . It was not even the same thing the next day . Simply delicious ! Along with a shuttle service to the Mall of America and the airport, they treated us like kings and queens for a very reasonable rate, so much that we extended our stay. If you need a great place to stay, be sure to look this Holiday Inn Express up and tell Katie the General Manager that Cheesman sent you. You won’t be disappointed. I had a late flight back from a guys trip with my friend Steve from Indiana and did not want to have my family drIve late at night last minute my wife found this option my new favorite place to stay with availability . I asked for extra towels and soap when my family arrived the next day on our anniversary and the house keeping began a full detail of our room I was blown away away at the detail of cleaning and speed with the white glove service performed in just minutes. Thank you all ! Katie your crew rocks ! We will not even look elsewhere next time we will have you saved for sure . I probably shouldn’t be putting this on blast because you will probably have to get more rooms so I’ll be able to have one lol🤩 but I can’t keep quiet good service is hard to find and needs to be recognized!||Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife of 27 years .

This is out go-to motel when we visit family with a very small house in Minneapolis. I absolutely love the the beds in the place. And the feather pillows — OMG I even went home one year and ordered them for my bed at home. The breakfast is great and there’s so many choices and they usually even have gluten free bagels. The best thing about it is that it’s close to family and we can zip in and out with ease.

We had a great experience here. We got in after midnight, so I had let the hotel know we had late check-in. We used the shuttle service and it was so easy and fast. Easy check-in and out. Spacious room, quiet, nice breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again!
