Historic Fort Snelling is recognizing Memorial Day with a special day of remembrance at the Fort. Special events will include a flag ceremony, cannon firing, swing band performances, a period speech from World War II, and a performance by the Fife & Drum Corps, plus performances by the Brooklyn Big Band.
Veterans, and active military personnel and their families receive free admission to Historic Fort Snelling on Memorial Day.
