Southtown Shopping Center will host a free family Halloween event the weekend before Halloween. Kid-friendly activities include art projects with Artistry, balloon animals, face painting, games, and prizes. There will even be free horse-drawn hayrides! The free event will take place on the north side of Herbergers in the former Toys ‘R’ Us building.
