The World Clown Association is having their annual convention in Bloomington this year, and they're celebrating by sharing some of their finest parade comedy with Mall of America. Professional clowns will parade in to the Rotunda, then former Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey clowns “Miller & Mike!” will perform a comedy show.
