Earlier this year, they were even the first cookies baked in space during an experiment on the International Space Station! Now, for the first time ever, DoubleTree by Hilton has shared the recipe for their famous chocolate chip cookies.

Lela’s chef-driven and wine-focused menu specializes in pasta, meat, and seafood dishes, including their popular meatball. Cedar + Stone, Urban Table specializes in farm-to-table dishes, with an emphasis on local ingredients. Their head chef, Frank Gort, recently shared his favorite things to cook and how he is spending time in quarantine in an interview with Dutch website Verkeersbureaus. Cedar + Stone is currently offering takeout, curbside pickup and dine-in inside the restaurant and on the patio.

Urbana Craeft Kitchen at Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis: Chicken Tandoori and Garlic Naan
Aimbridge Hospitality asked chefs at some of its hotels to share their favorite recipes. Biswadeep Saha, chef at Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis’ Urbana Craeft Kitchen, shared a recipe from his home country of India. Chicken tandoori is typically cooked in an oven, but Chef Saha switched things up by using his grill to cook the chicken and a side dish of garlic naan. This recipe is perfect for summer grilling season!
