Guest Services
Guest Services counters are located on the first level at each of the main entrances - North, South, East and West. Guest Service representatives are available to assist you in making your visit at Mall of America, Bloomington a memorable one. Strollers and electric convenience vehicles are available for a nominal charge and wheelchairs are free to guests with a deposit.
Parental Escort Policy
While all kids are welcome at Mall of America, a Parental Escort Policy implemented in October 1996 requires that the Mall's youngest guests - those 15 and under - be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older on Friday and Saturday evenings after 6pm.
Anyone 21 years or younger should be prepared to show a driver's license, state identification card or passport during the Parental Escort hours. One adult can escort up to 10 kids 15 years of age and younger. The policy was put into effect to ensure the best possible experience for all guests and tenants at Mall of America, Bloomington.
Retail Hours
Open daily except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hours for restaurants, nightclubs and other attractions may vary. Summer and holiday hours may also vary. For exact Mall of America hours, phone "One Call for the Mall" at 952-883-8800.

Over 13,000 FREE PARKING spaces are available at Mall of America, Bloomington. Ramps are located at both East and West entrances. Surface lot parking is available at North and South entrances.

FREE motorcoach parking is available directly across the North-side of the Mall in the surface lot off of Lindau Lane.

Bus Transportation
From Downtown Minneapolis: Express Bus #80 runs from downtown Minneapolis to Mall of America. You can connect with the bus on Nicollet Mall between 3rd and 12th streets. This bus runs approximately every 20 minutes Monday through Friday and every 30 minutes Saturday and Sunday. Approximate one-way fare: $1.50 non rush hours; $1.75 rush hours.*
From Downtown St. Paul: Bus #54 which has limited stops (one of which is to the airport) runs every 30 minutes, 7 days a week. You can connect with this bus on 6th Street between Jackson and Kellogg Boulevards. Approximate one-way fare: $1.25 non-rush hours; $1.75 rush hours.*
